There is a circular footpath around Ardmore Point with the area considered an important geographical site. The route is 3km and takes you to the shoreline where you can see grey seals, harbour porpoise and various species of birds such as Curlew and Oystercatchers. As you walk through the area you can also see large sycamore trees and bluebells dependent on the season.
The Ardardan Estate is next to Ardmore Point and can provide refreshment and rest on completion of your visit. If you are staying overnight or travelling through the area there is plenty of accommodation to rest and recharge after your walk around Ardmore Point.
